Banyan Builders was formed by childhood friends Sean Kramp a second-generation Home Builder with 25 years’ experience and Vince and Anthony LoSchiavo brothers and owners of a successful chain of restaurants in Northeast Ohio. The three friends always believed that with Sean’s experience building homes and the LoSchiavo’s experience designing restaurants and efficiently organizing a team of 600 people that they could create a building company that can efficiently build a custom designed home at a more affordable price than most custom builders.
Sean Kramp has been designing, remodeling and building custom homes in the Northeast Ohio area since 1994 under the United Homes Brand. He prides himself in being able to provide our clients with a unique custom home that best fits their personal style and needs. He uses his years of experience and expertise in home design to ensure your custom home will be exactly what you’ve been searching for. Banyan implements a quality assurance inspection on every residential project – ensuring the highest standards within our organization and across our industry. Our dedicated quality assurance process focuses on esthetics as well as the structural integrity and functionality of every component of every home. The construction manager’s comprehensive checklist directly complements the checks and balances process that takes a project from construction to post-orientation. We conduct a series of site walks and inspections during the build and effectively communicate each phase of construction – all before facilitating a final inspection process. The result is a quality product that is on time and on budget as well as a turnover process that is seamless for our clients and team members.
